Elger Barrios is a notary public commissioned by the State of California, Commission #2562455. A notary public is not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice, accept fees for legal advice, or draft, select, or explain legal documents. A notary public is not a “notario público” and cannot provide immigration or other legal services. Notarial fees are set by California law; any travel or convenience fee is separate and disclosed before the appointment. Notarization confirms the identity of the signer and the signing of a document—it does not validate the document’s content or legality.
