Appointment details and applicable charges are confirmed before service. California notarial fees and mobile travel or convenience fees are separate.
General Notary bookings require a $25 deposit. Loan Signing appointments have no upfront online deposit; terms are confirmed after review.
Monday through Friday. Direct-client General Notary appointments outside these hours carry a $40 after-hours fee.
The weekend fee applies to direct-client General Notary appointments. Loan Signing and professional-assignment pricing is confirmed separately.
Service is subject to availability and applicable travel fees disclosed before service.
For General Notary bookings, cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment is eligible for a refund or transfer of the deposit; later cancellations and no-shows forfeit it. Loan Signing cancellation, rescheduling, fee, and payment terms are confirmed after assignment review. Holiday, urgent, and emergency appointments may require a custom quote.

Service is available across Los Angeles County subject to scheduling, travel time, and the specific appointment location. Share the address before booking so availability and the applicable travel fee can be confirmed.
Is the travel fee included in the notarial fee?
No. California notarial fees and any mobile travel or convenience fee are separate. Applicable charges are disclosed and confirmed before service.
Can you meet at an office, escrow desk, or care facility?
Yes, appointments may be arranged at homes, offices, escrow locations, care facilities, or another agreed meeting place, subject to access requirements and availability.
Are loan-document signings available across Los Angeles County?
Yes. Operandi provides mobile loan-document signing and escrow-closing appointments for refinances, HELOCs, and buyer or seller packages, subject to availability and applicable travel fees.
What should signers prepare for a loan-signing appointment?
Have the complete package supplied by the lender, title company, or escrow contact and acceptable identification for each signer. Questions about loan terms, funding, or document selection must be directed to the party that prepared the package; Operandi does not provide legal, lending, title, escrow, or document-selection advice.
Are evening and weekend appointments available?
They may be available by request. Monday–Friday appointments outside 8:00 AM–5:00 PM are subject to a $40 after-hours fee. Saturday and Sunday appointments are subject to a $50 weekend fee.
