Appointment details and applicable charges are confirmed before service. California notarial fees and mobile travel or convenience fees are separate.
General Notary bookings require a $25 deposit. Loan Signing appointments have no upfront online deposit; terms are confirmed after review.
Monday through Friday. Direct-client General Notary appointments outside these hours carry a $40 after-hours fee.
The weekend fee applies to direct-client General Notary appointments. Loan Signing and professional-assignment pricing is confirmed separately.
Service is subject to availability and applicable travel fees disclosed before service.
For General Notary bookings, cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment is eligible for a refund or transfer of the deposit; later cancellations and no-shows forfeit it. Loan Signing cancellation, rescheduling, fee, and payment terms are confirmed after assignment review. Holiday, urgent, and emergency appointments may require a custom quote.

Which San Fernando Valley communities do you serve?
Appointments may be available throughout the Valley, including Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Reseda, Northridge, Chatsworth, Woodland Hills, and the City of San Fernando. Confirm the exact address when requesting an appointment.
Can you come to a hospital or care facility in the Valley?
Appointments may be arranged at care facilities when access is permitted and the signer can participate in the required notarial process. Confirm facility rules and signer readiness before the appointment.
Can several signers meet at one location?
Yes. Share the number of signers and documents before booking so the appointment length, identification requirements, and charges can be confirmed.
Can I schedule a loan signing in the San Fernando Valley?
Yes. Mobile appointments are available for refinances, HELOCs, and buyer or seller packages, subject to scheduling, location access, and applicable travel fees.
Can the signing agent answer questions about my loan documents?
The signing agent can identify where the provided package requires signatures, initials, or notarization but cannot explain loan terms, select documents, or provide legal, lending, title, or escrow advice. Direct those questions to the party that prepared the package before the appointment.
What does an after-hours or weekend appointment cost?
Monday–Friday appointments outside 8:00 AM–5:00 PM are subject to a $40 after-hours fee. Saturday and Sunday appointments are subject to a $50 weekend fee. Travel and notarial charges are separate and confirmed before service.
